This qualification is comparable to UK Master degrees/Postgraduate Diplomas, and is designed for strategic leaders who have the responsibility for articulating a vision for the future of the organisation. The level 7 diploma allows you to strengthen your existing management and leadership skills and enhance your knowledge of the various roles and responsibilities of the strategic leaders. Candidates are required to complete *6 standards to achieve the qualification.
You must have Level 6, or Degree and additional working years’ experience in senior management.
This qualification is a work base Learning with a course fee of GH¢34,750.00 to complete. The fee is payable to Mercia Business School Limited Ghana.
The diploma can take between 9-12 months Candidates are required to attend an induction onto the course with assessor support as required.
Candidates are assessed via a practical work-based assignment this ensures you minimise time away from work and you undertake work study which is relevant to your own organisations context. Portfolio of evidence is developed throughout the course.
Upon completion of the course candidates can apply for the award of Level 8 Fellowship.
